I dont need the giant hand attached to it. and it's probably molded plastic so there would be no way to remove the hand. besides what if i preferred "hand of color" ?

I wonder if there won't be a bean next... That's what I think I would do. Or a GT-001 form factor with just the single signal chain (then I thought that LT would have a single signal chain and they kept both!)

I'm guessing (obviously) if they keep adding to the Helix line, that everything will have the same processors so you can go from Native to Floor to LT to Rack to Tabletop with the same ITB patches.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a Helix bean... I think that Helix Native will do the job for most people looking for that sort of functionality.

Might not be a bean form factor (which can't accommodate the screen necessary), but a single-path single-CPU Helix in a compact form like that might make sense in '18 or '19.

This would be my scheme for a Helix TT; No on board screen, Helix Native or IOS deep edit control ONLY. AD/DA Conversion from Helix, Same dual processors, Stereo effect loop (like LT), midi in/out, Small, standard complement of controls on unit face (like Amplifi TT), Option for Floorboard expansion and maybe integrated wireless as on Spider V . 

All in a smallish little desktop box.
