HonestOpinion
Agreed this is a great feature but it has been in the editor for many versions now prior to 2.6, at least for the Helix. Are you referring to the 'HX Effects' now having this capablity?

Roberttheprole
Besides having the abIlity to send midi with footswitches in snapshots I feel the one switch looper is probably my favorite step made in this update, YAY!!!

He means edit color rings in snapshot mode on the editor (you have to rightclick to access those) that is new for this version it could only be done on the hardware before Also new ( i think?) is that they show you the shortcuts to every snapshot when you change snapshots in the editor after Snapshot 1 you see ctrl +1

The pulldown color selection from the snapshots menu is indeed new (and awesome!). You have only been able to edit the ring colors of the stomp assignments in prior versions of HX Edit. Now you can also edit snapshot colors from the editor, and thanks to the OP for pointing it out. Btw, for anyone looking for it you can also change snapshot colors from the Helix directly by clicking the large black 'Preset' button at the top left of the Helix, then click the 'Rename Snapshot' controller. This will present you with and allow you to change the 'LED Color' controller for the snapshot as well as rename it if you wish.

Yeah, the whole Preset-Rename-LED Color bit is what I've been doing since pretty much product roll-out. And it's a pain in the arse. Well...lower and mid-back. Loving this new feature. And the clean channels are damn near spot-on to my ear.
