phil_m Posted March 16, 2019 Share Posted March 16, 2019 The HX Effects doesn’t have any USB audio capabilities, so it can’t be used as an interface for Native if that’s what you’re asking. You are eligible for a discount on Native if you’re an HX Effects owner, though. You can get for it $99 ($70 right now, with the 30% sale they’re having). I use the Stomp with Native because the Stomp is my audio interface. However, Native provides ALL of the effects. With HX Effects, it can't be an interface. soundog Posted March 17, 2019 Share Posted March 17, 2019 Yep, HX Effects can be used as a MIDI controller for Helix Native to turn blocks on/off and control effects parameters. BUT not as an audio interface. And NOT to select Native presets via MIDI (not easily, at least). HX Stomp can be used as an audio interface with Helix Native. BUT not as a MIDI controller.
