robroyer
Hi. I have a problem. Maybe someone has the answer. Since i use my PodGo, i have a lot a crakles and noise in my DAW. If i change my buffer size (extra small or extra large) it change nothing. My cpu is right (17% used) I had a PodHD before with the same computer and the same DAW and the problem was not there. So, it seems to come from the Podgo driver. It occurs only within the daw (cubase 10)... Thank you... and the last uptade is done (version 1.12)
cristt
pretty strange, did you try to uninstall and reinstall pod go drivers?
voxman55
Just a thought but Pod Go has parameter settings that intentionally produce crackle/hum to replicate vintage gear. Try reducing/zeroing the ripple and hum settings (see p15 in the manual) in the amp models and see if that makes any difference.
robroyer
I will reinstall the driver and check your recommandation voxman55. Thank you !
grdGo33
You could also try Audacity or some other recording software to really pinpoint the issue to being cubase, or if it's general (driver) or whatnot. Also what drivers are you using? ASIO is what is suggested for low latency playback, anyway, I'm definitely not the expert here... But yeah if you get the same issue using the same driver, well, likely driver issue, if in Audacity using the same driver it works flawlessly, then the issue is likely cubase or cubase + driver... At least it would help you in your search to correct the issue.
