manix1979
Hi to all, yesterday Helix Native came out. I installed it on my iMac and during the activation came an error. Authorized computers 0, but lifetime activations limit reached. In my profile at L6 are all computers listed as deactivated. Support ticket is allready opened. Is this a bug or just simply my fault by reinstalling Windows a few times? Greetings
SaschaFranck
Windows 10 seems to have a serious issue with changing machine IDs (or Windows IDs, I don't remember exactly, just read about it a while ago) after updates every now and then. You will likely be using up activations when installing things on machines with their IDs changed. I'd wait for L6 to respond.
titchyblackcat
I've just seen this as i have just bought some presets from the marketplace. It says i've used up 6 from 11 lifetime activations. Well, 5 of them are old machines that have been thrown away So if i deactivate all my old computers on the line 6 web site from the list will it start at 10 ? titchyblackcat
No, still says 6 of 11 lifetime activations.
SaschaFranck
You might be able to get them back through the L6 support.

I have previously seen this recommended in these forums:- Contact Customer Support and have them reset your account activations.
