settings for Trini Lopez Guitar

I have a Variax 89F  guitar,  i wonder if someone have patches to emulate the Trini Lopez and Trini Lopez de luxe guitars.

You mention "patches"... if you're looking for presets for Helix or other device, I'd post this in the the appropriate forum... it won't get much traction in here.

 

If you're asking which model to use in the Variax... the guitar you mention is basically a 335 with pointy horns and diamond-shaped sound holes... start with the 335 model and tweak to taste in Workbench. That's probably as close as you'll get.

Workbench HD is good for doing that. That's what it's for.

The Standard Trini Lopez is a very slightly reworked 335 but the pointy horned Deluxe is an archtop based on the Gibson Barney Kessell with different soundholes so you may get closer with the Jazzbox models both guitars therin have the long string gap to the tail piece that will give that slight extra 'ring' that features in the sound.

Don't forget the Gretsch 6120 in the R-Billy category.

Edit: he never really bothered with the standard model, that was Gibson trying to cash in on their signing with different price pointed guitars.

Ik  heb inderdaad ook die software op mijn Mac staan.  Ik heb er tot op heden nog niet veel mee gedaan.  Ik heb enkele maanden geleden een Spider 30 watt V  aangeschaft maar vrij kort erna de Helix LT.  Ik moet even kijken hoe ik de Variax en de Helix  aan mijn Mac mini koppel.  Ik heb hier nog wel een Tascam us 2x2 staan  of misschien koop ik wel een Vonyx VDJ25 DJ met speakerset.  Dan kan ik (ook) eens met die Workbench aan de slag.
