njc235
Apple announced OS 11 3 months ago. Line 6 issued a statement back in September about OS 11 compatibility. Now that devices are shipping with OS11 pre-installed, has L6 made any progress with their support for the new OS - and also now the new M1 chipset? The best people to give an answer to your question, is someone who actually works on the development of the software. Probably won’t happen in here because this is a user group. Only very occasionally do we get a quick visit from any Line 6 staff. You really should be posting your question over on the Helix section of TGP or the huge Facebook Helix Family group. Those are a couple of places that are known hang outs of the high up people of Line 6. Aim your post at Frank Ritchotte, or Eric Klein (Digital_Igloo) and see what happens. Hope this helps/makes sense.

Your guess is a good as anybody else's around here... the powers that be tend not to broadcast "progress notes" on anything... and what little they do reveal appears over at TGP, not here. This is the "Forgotten Forum"...;)
amsdenj
I have Big Sur installed on a 2017 MacBook Pro. HX Edit works fine as long as the app retains focus. If you click in some other window and HX Edit looses focus, the connect will time out and disconnect in around 30 sec.
