Main Menu Fault ?

Hi

Ive just started up my helix LT and the display doesn't seem to be correct.

Normally it has 8 presets but all i have is 8 empty boxes

Any ideas Please ? It seems a JPG file is too big

You are looking at snapshots probably. Or stomps. Blank because there are no names given to them.  Or no buttons assigned to stomps. 

 

Familiarize yourself with what snapshots and stomp / “pedalboard” mode are. Also ways to set up your display: all snapshots, all stomps, upper/lower row snapshots/stomps. It’s in the manual, or watch some videos.

Not much to go on here, although when weird stuff starts to happen - perform a Factory Reset.

 

You haven’t said if you press the “Home” button does it change to “Signal Flow View”? 

If you hit FS6 MODE does it switch to Preset, Stomp or both BANK UP & DOWN simultaneously to go to Snapshot view?

 

If it has screwed up - Factory Reset - power up the LT while holding down FS7 & 8.

OK Thanks. I've pressed home and it's still the same empty boxes i'll do a reset.

Thanks, everythings backed up. Ive even got 2 original pods in case one breaks down.
