New HX Stomp FS are not working ?!

Hi, 

 

i bought a new Hx Stomp XL and the following FS are not working:

 

FS1, FS2, FS3, FS5

 

The other ones, FS4 and FS6 are working, but not allways. 

 

 

The HX STomp is in BANK mode, i can go minus-Bank, but , with one klick it jumps 2 Banks.  what the häck ? 

BANK+, (FS1) does nothing. Mode and Tap are working only sometimes, sometimes not. 


I tried to do a hard reset/factory reset, but nothing happans. 
Powering it up while pressind C+D pressed. It just boot up normaly. I expect some questions like "are you shure you want so reset your divice" or some sort of information that i resetet succefully ma device, but, no nothing.

 

Firmware 3.6.

 

I can controll it with HX edit, i bought it to play live, not to record @ home. 

 

Bevor i send it back, so i oversee or miss something ?

That's not normal. Get it replaced within warranty.

This is not normal, and I don’t think that I have heard of others who have experienced a “Dead On Arrival” unit. This is exceptional.

 

It is new and it is covered by warranty, simply have it replaced for one that works correctly.
