I must have done something wrong when updating Helix Native to 3.7. Clicking on All presets an error message say's "Failed to load presets". "Could not decrypt the asset. {code -1116}. Helix Native seems to be corrupt! Tried importing my exported Bundle But, All Blocks on my Presets are gone. Preset Names exist but No Blocks. Can I simply find the installation file on my computer, Delete it and Download a New Version of my Helix Native to start over. Thank you

Uninstall/reinstall should work. Details will be different on Mac vs. Windows but I expect you know how to proceed. I suggest you temporarily relocate any of your custom Helix Native preset files on your computer. A complete uninstall may delete the default folders; I'm not sure about that.

Hi,

This is the only good reference to the code-1116 error that I could find - check it out for a possible solution.

Hope this helps/makes sense.
