Steve_roberts
Anyone have suggestions on how I can get hands-on support?
rd2rk
No, but if you call support they'll probably be able to help. You're even in the same time zone!

I supplied the usual fix it, but not heard back as yet. My guess is he wants someone to walk him through the install. Note: he is using a Mac. Steve_roberts
Hey all, thanks for generously sharing the information...and sorry for the silence, but I had to set it down for a bit. I really wish I could've handled this on my own - I just failed. Silverhead, if you're still available I can be reached at 510-825-4600. silverhead
Can you receive a Facetime call at that number? Please give me your email address so we can take this offline.I don't want to make a regular phone call 'cuz I'm in Canada and would incur long distance charges. Steve_roberts
Hey all...UPDATE SUCCESS! Re-intalled Updater by bypassing Apple store protections (in mac sys & sec) per instructions above. Avoided HX Edit per instructions above. Kept Updater "in focus" per L6 instructions...I think this was the key Performed multiple updates in this way...the 4th was successful. I hope it's not always like this.
