Jcozn2
I have recently been noticing my Helix floor acting up when trying to adjust Delay effect parameters in the Stomp mode. Any time I go to adjust a parameter, the “Tempo” adjustment screen will randomly and automatically flip on. It’s to the point where I can’t even adjust the delay parameters because the Tempo screen comes on every few seconds, flipping back and forth between that and the delay parameter screen. It’s similar to how if you touch a switch instead of actually stepping on it, it pulls up a sub-screen for that effect with its adjustment parameters rather than switching it on. I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this issue and if so how they fixed it. I’ve rebooted the Helix, it’s up to date with latest firmware, and it seems to happen no matter what delay effect is chosen.
rd2rk
Whenever crazy, unexplainable stuff happens, perform a Factory Reset. If the problem persists after that, open a support ticket.
rosenater
I’m having a similar issue that just started recently as well. Tempo randomly comes up with volume pedal use. Pressing on stomp switches 11-12. But sometimes others. Strange. Switching between presets seemed to be delayed too
jiml6
Since the footswitches on Helix are touch-sensitive, I have found that sometimes when I'm adjusting something (and wearing short sleeves), my forearm will briefly make contact with the TAP footswitch and trigger tempo view. Hope this is useful.
theElevators
I have had that happen in one apartment. It was also on the carpet. I suspect static electricity triggered the tempo setting. It happened to Helix LT and Helix Floor that I owned. Once the carpet was removed, the issue stopped.

I have the same problem, no matter where I use or plug my device. There is also a static noise coming from the expression pedal. I really hope someone can find a fix...
