Zwoo79
Hi everyone ! I'm french so please excuse my poor english. I just acquired a Helix Floor, what a monster of sounds !!!! I want to use it first for guitar, but it could be cool to use it for voice + guitar too. I found how to create 2 different lines (one for guitar with jack and one for mic with xlr), but the mic sound volume is really really low. If I adjust with "mic in gain" it saturates too easily. So I try to find the good balance between in gain / preamp / amp / cab, but it seems to be difficult to keep a clean sound. If someone has some help to share please ! Thanks a lot ! silverhead
You mention an amp and cab in the preset. I do not use any guitar amp or cab. Try using just the studio preamp, compressor, EQ, and a bit of reverb, chorus and/or delay. For best results send the output to FRFR speakers/monitors, not a physical guitar amp/cab. 1

Z Hi Z, Load this into your Helix and using HX Edit modify the settings to suit what you want to achieve.
theElevators
To make signals louder/softer, simply add a gain block, and boost the sound as much as you want...
