prskier17
I frequently reorder my presets to match setlist order. Until recently this was a simple task in HX Edit. Today it no longer works. Rather that let me reorder, HX Edit asks if I want to overwrite the preset that I'm attempting to drag a different one above or below. I'm using a Helix Floor and can still reorder on the Helix's physical screen. Both the Helix Floor and HX Edit are up-to-date. Anyone else have this issue and did you find a solution? Thanks! theElevators
I don't have this issue. Did it start all of a sudden? Make sure your HX Edit matches the firmware version of the Helix, it's not behind or ahead. As a workaround, you can use another set list and copy/paste presets there, or just use the Helix. rd2rk
When dragging, look for a blue line between presets. Drop it there.

Same comments as the others - It works for me and look for the blue line. Also, you could try reinstalling HX Edit v.3.82 to see if that fixes the problem. Hope this helps/makes sense. prskier17
This just started happening to me yesterday. I connected my older laptop and everything behaves as it should. I uninstalled and reinstalled HX Edit 3.82 (Helix Floor is at 3.80) and the issue is still present on my newer laptop. So this is an issue only occurring on my fairly new (~3 month old) Lenovo Legion 5 slim Windows 11 laptop. Reordering worked fine on this newer laptop until yesterday. I don't think I changed anything, but I guess it's possible I did...

I’m a Mac user, so I maybe misremembering something that first cropped up a couple of years back, where Windows 11 users found that switching off Core Isolation Memory Integrity feature fixed some issues. Hope this helps/makes sense.
prskier17
Thanks for the idea! I tried with this feature both enabled and disabled and there was no change. I'll send this to Line6 support and see if they have any thoughts.
