886343
I like the feature on the HX effect where you can lightly touch the tap tempo button then dial in the exact tempo you want using the parameter dial knob. Is there a pedal / controller available that I could connect to the HX effects that would allow me to do exactly the same thing but remotely. Ideally a dial with a digital display so see the tempo I would want?
Schmalle
Not really. Another HX Effects or an HX Stomp could do that via MIDI CC / Clock but that is probably overkill for you.

Hi, There is the option to use MIDI, but you won’t have the display. There is already a remote for dealing with this - it’s called HX Edit, but it requires a computer and a USB cable. Hope this helps/makes sense.
theElevators
You can assign the BMP of the delay block(s) to "EXP Pedal 2". You can set the min/max values of the delay tempo for each delay block. (remember, you can control multiple parameter values of multiple blocks with one expression pedal). Then you can get an external expression pedal, that looks something like this.... lol.... a roller rather. And now when it's plugged into your external expression pedal jack, you can turn the knob and change the tempo of the delay that way.... https://pedalnetics.com/product/expression-roller/ Or just use the tap tempo button, probably way easier.
