I will be playing along with music and backing tracks. Not playing out much anymore. Stadium sounds really good through my HS7s but wondering if Powrcab 2x12 would really allow this process to shine. So I have been happily using Mooer Baby Bomb with a 12" closed back cab by Orange. People scoff at it until they hear how it sounds. Toured with this great power amp all over Europe, Canada, Israel and the US. We ordered Fender Deluxe for our backline, and I used it as a glorified cabinet with the power amp for 2 weeks in Europe. Wondo100, The Orange cab that theElevators uses would get you that "in the room feel" most guitarist look for, even if they come close without it. The powercabs are FRFR, so full range, but not as clinical/transparent as monitors as it's intended for guitar use. Will it sound better for the Stadium? Maybe due to its tuning, but if you want your backing tracks to sound good you're better off tuning your guitar sounds to the monitors. You certainly won't lose any 'magic'.
