  2. A few days ago I had to change my phone, since the previous one no longer charged the battery. To my surprise, the application of the Firehawk FX does not work with the new phone anymore, apparently due to incompatibility with the new version of Android. This is really frustrating, the application gave access to all its parameters quickly and intuitively. Without it, working with the pedal board is very complicated. I understand that it may seem unprofitable for Line 6 to make the effort to maintain an application for a discontinued product, but for users, the app is essential, and if there's no update, you get an angry user with a product that makes him unhappy. Why make life more complicated for us, the users? Why not offer solutions that benefit us all? You could, for example, develop paid updates for discontinued products. Let's say you offer the ability to get Firehawk FX upgrades for a reasonable price profitable for the Line 6 development effort, and not too expensive for us, the users. I would update gladly, paying to be able to continue using my pedal board along with my mobile phone. On the other hand, if you develops a PC version of this pedalboard's soft, I would be happy to acquire a license to use it. Please think about it. Surely I'm not the only user frustrated for not being able to have the app of the Firehawk FX working, and surely like me, there will be many who would pay a reasonable price for an update. All the best.

  3. Thanks again... I've been playing around with those global settings this morning, but I'm finding that it seems like most of the culprit is settings on my physical Morning Glory drive, which is in that loop. It has a recessed Hi Cut switch on the side of the pedal, which I usually leave off, but looks like it may not be "clicking in" properly. I had to play with that a bit to to get it set. I'm not sure if I have everything straightened out, but it's a lot better now. Thanks.

  4. I'm going to assume that the programs on the RC300 (SONG) and the GR1 (TONE) are both called using Program Change Messages (PC#). In the attached example preset, the RC300 is on MIDI Channel 1 and the GR1 is on MIDI Channel 2. The PC#s for each are placed in INSTANT COMMANDs 1 (IC1 = RC300) and 2 (IC2 = GR1). When the preset loads (using SS1 [S1 - T1] as default) it sends a PC to the RC300 to call the SONG (using IC1) and a PC to the GR1 to load TONE 1 (using IC2). SS2 sends a PC to the GR1 to load TONE 2 and SS3 loads TONE 3. Note that on SS2 and SS3, IC1 (RC300) remains the same as on SS1. This prevents Helix from re-sending the SONG call to the RC300, preventing the RC300 from re-loading the SONG on each SS change. "The Song Remains the Same". Only the TONE changes. If you don't already have one, I HIGHLY recommend that you DL a MIDI MONITOR program so that you can test your configurations.
