There currently is not an option to change this, although it would be possible for L6 do do this in a software revision. Somebody else asked the same question a while back and there was a reply that it cannot be done because the tap tempo button has red LEDs not multi-colored like the other buttons, however this is not true because I just noticed the other day that the LEDs change colors when the unit is playing a Showcase song, so it absolutely would be possible. I suggest submitting an enhancement request. I'm a bit OCD and I find the bright blinking tap tempo button to be distracting so I made a snap-on plastic cap with perforated holes to tone down the brightness a bit.

I’m following this thread because the biggest issue right now appears to be snapshot inconsistency. It’s both the most important feature and, unfortunately, the most concerning bug at the moment. Until this gets fixed, the most reliable workaround—although a bit time‑consuming—is to rebuild your patch from scratch. I’ve also had decent success by creating a brand‑new preset (saving frequently) and then copying blocks over from the problematic patch one block at a time. Again, save often. Once all the blocks are in place, you can rebuild and configure your snapshots. One thing I now do EVERY single time I create or update a snapshot is test each snapshot individually BEFORE saving the patch. This has helped me avoid corrupted or inconsistent states.

The bright channels can be very useful. Typically these are done with a simple bypass capacitor on the volume or gain control. What cool about this control is that the more you turn it up, the less bright boost you get. So of you put say Drive on a footswitch with max and min values, you can get a nice bright clean sound at low values, and then the tone warms up naturally when the drive is turned up.
