It is <<normal>>, my JTV had also this issue... Very poor quality control and instrument. But the LED is your main problem. Should work from the start.. Get a replacement ASAP

Help needed and appreciated. On my jtv 69s, after changing gauge from original 10s to 9s, I lost completely the intonation of the E string (the 09 mm) I lower the action as much as possible, and extend the piezo as much as possible. The E string sounds on the 12th fret 1 tone down (flat)

That is the point.Both cant' control the variax, so why get a pod?

Since you are not going for the old good and trust worthy variax 700, i suggest you go for the PRS...Much more trustworthy guitar, no need to gamble if your jtv will be fully operational or not...

So then why not let us with the old version and old workbench, instead of given a half backed 2.0 version? And yes the program is free, but we pay for the guitar with the knowledge of the abilities of the guitar..How many JTVs bricked by the 2.0 version? And how many bugs exist? too much for a 1000 euro instrument, plus the poor setup and the problematic knobs-switches... Nevermind the connectivity with the pods, but the strato work arround, the volume on E and B, those are true bugs. In the very end, line 6 is losing more than us, that we support the company many years...

Try to re upload it as you did. It is a common phenomenon , the 2.0 is very unstable.
