You will have to re-authorization on your new computer and should be good to go - I found it takes at least 24 hours to get a ticket answered fyi

You can get your helix running on your backup computer just loose one authorization whatever that means I mean you did buy it anyway you have 5 authorizations so you loose one no big deal just unauthorized it next time on a working computer, because your computer crashed you dont have a choice

I bought an Alto ZMX862 mixer and much better now listening to headphones - I was debating on a Mackie but read in another forum good things about Alto - keep in mind I am using mine thru a rig kontrol 3 using helix native - thanks to Soundog for few questions I had on routing cables hes a great addition to the forum :) anyone want to know how I set it up and knob positions just ask

Within the Helix Native software you may navigate to the setting menu using the "cog wheel" to de authorize the computer associated with your Helix Native License. This will prevent you from losing one of your authorizations. Kody Line 6 Support

Yes thank you used it with older line 6 stuff was not aware it was still being used for Helix products

Thanks aware of that but in order to retain the IR when you go back to the preset you must do what I stated

Figured it out you save to library that overwrites the preset to maintain the settings made :)

This is a great idea how did you hook up cables for headphone use ? did you need a splitter from stereo from mixer to mono I am using a rig kontrol 3 pedal board This is not an amplifier just a mix board how is it that it that you seem to be using it as an amp After some investigation mixer will not act as an amplifier but maybe helps a bit Thank you

This is awesome thought I would share - this is a half step down tune in video - play with level still is in tune gain gets to high depending on what preset you are using - huge thanks to poster - also dont touch nothing else as he stated except for level :)

Out of my price range after buying new Corvette Z06 :) When you play guitar there is no tone if the pedal is all the way up - if I start to push the pedal down I then get the pitch i am looking for so if there is no guitar tone before I push pedal its out of key If the pedal is all the way up no sound at all - hope this helps haven't looked into it more - looking for a good EQ VST

Hi Guys: I may have been wrong kind of thanks for all the help - I dont like to give up :) I got expression pedal working to shift a pitch by applying a knob 16 to the pitch - it worked but when the pedal is all the way at heel no tone of the preset before you go to pitch up otherwise works great and would assume a wah would be a no brainer have to look into this more The kind youtube creater AC30 creates great Gilmour presets is using a variax maybe that has something to do with it not sure Well off to play some more see how wah works and see if i can get snaphots to switch, have plenty of them on my rig kontrol 3
