I use a pedal Train Terra now with 2 expression pedals and a wah. It's great and you can carry it all together.

That's not the latest update. Anyway, the issue seems to be Customtones with IR's. The new JTM 145 doesn't work either. So...am I missing something with downloading Customtones with IR's? I reset the whole Helix, downloaded the latest update and still can't load these Customtones

Yes, I have the current firmware. I always upload whenever available.

Not your fault. I am just trying to load the Customtone. I thought I needed an IR to make it work, but that's not the case. It simply wont load. "MODEL SPECIFIED IN THE FILE IS NOT RECOGNIZED" is the message I get

Can someone help me with this Customtone please? I can't get it to load on my helix. I downloaded the IR (I think) but it doesn't seem to work. says something about not having the amp or cab. Anyone using the Relay G10 with Helix? I was thinking of putting it on my pedalboard (I have my Helix and 2 exp pedals on a Pedaltrain Terra). Can you use the XLR into the Helix as the input?

I have read everything but can't seem to find a tutorial that explains how to set up 2 amps in a patch and switch between them. I have even downloaded patches that do this but it doesn't explain how it works. I have made a patch that uses the expression pedal to go from 1-10 on one amp and 10-1 on another, but it always defaults to 1-10 instead of turning off 1 amp and on the other. Anyway, can someone clearly explain how to have 2 amps set up and switch between them? I thought this would be easier like an A/B switch. I will even accept switching between path's but that's not ideal. I know it's probably easy, but I can't figure it out. Thanks for your help

I forgot to mention that the 500x is connected through the L6 Link. I can adjust the L2t using that channel 2 set of adjustments. I guess if i plug the acoustic into channel 1, that will give me the benefit of adjusting the sound via that channel. Can I still adjust the L2t sound via that 2nd channel for the electric? or just use the POD?

I have the HD500x and a L2T and I want to have my electric run through the 500x (of course) and the acoustic run through channel 1. Can this all be done at the same time? will CH 1 run the acoustic and CH 2 run the 500x? Before I go out and purchase an acoustic pickup, I want to be sure this will work the way I want it to. I'd like to have them available at the same time so there's no unplugging and plugging etc...

Can you hook up any pedal to the pedal 2 input on a hd500x. If I wanted to use my vox crybaby instead of a second expression pedal, would it work?
