Same problem happens to me now. I got a new HX Stomp yesterday (limited white edition) and the problems occurs in the exact same way. 3.0 is installed. I had a Helix for years and never had this issue with it. Did anybody here find a solution for this besides sending it back? :(

Hey there! Did you guys find a solution in the meanwhile? I just got my brand new stomp and am still wondering if the idea to use the HX as an interface for other plugins (like e.g. neural DSP) is actually a bad one. I'm currently comparing the sound I get when playing through a focusrite 8i6 (which I've got from a friend for testing purposes) against the one I get through the stomp. Sadly, it doesn't seem to be on the same level atm :( any impressions? Comments? Experiences? Help? :)

Hey spikey! :) Thanks for your reply! :) That´s actually what I expect as well - just thought I should keep this request alive, as the DT series is still in stores (e.g. Thomann) and besides, I actually am that amazed by my DT25 that I would prefer to keep it instead of selling it due to the lack of a (so to say) "simple" integration to my Helix :(

But I honestly didn´t see that there´s a dedicated DT25/50 forum before, so please show some mercy. The original post is here (though, with not a single reply :( ). I would love to find some well constructed patches and/or resources you guys would recommend - sadly, some of the links provided here in the forum are already down and the customtone library doesn´t have a lot (--> searched for 500X /500 patches and used Dt25 as a search term). You have some patches from other sources saved somewhere? Cool! You made some on your own? Awesome! I´ll take everything :D. My preferences are definitely notimportant, open for everything that this community recommends :). Besides, my favorite style vary a lot - starting with rock/southern rock (wylde) to metal (petrucci, dimebag, metallica) over BluesRock (Bonamassa/Clapton), Flamenco (Rodrigo y Gabriela), Jeff Beck, Wes Montgomery etc pp...I am currently especially searching for some proper Metal sounds as well as sounds for some Black Label kind of stuff. But as I said - would love to share great sounds in general. So much looking forward to your suggestions!

Hi there! This actually sounds pretty interesting, as I wasn´t able to find ANY dreamrig (POD500X & DT25 in my case) specific database anywhere. Is there anybody who still has these presets saved somewhere? Unfortunately, the linked page is down :( Besides - I am open for other resources as well :)
