  1. Hi - Yes I've noticed that the scribble strip over the EXP pedal can be tricky to set. The Command Centre will allow you to do this but only if the Toe Switch has been set to bypass a block. 1. Select any block / BYPASS ASSIGN / Set to EXP TOE 2. Go to COMMAND CENTRE / Press CUSTOMISE (Enter label here) / OK 3. SAVE ! Let me know if this worked for you.
  2. Hi Pilottes - I entirely agree with you and I am facing the same dilemma. I have a H&K amp and would ideally like to use a single footswitch (latching) to change from one amp preset to another (lit) and back again (dim). I can't see how this can be done without a PC toggle command. Clearly this doesn't yet exist but would be the only solution. I currently have to use one footswitch per preset. Have you or anyone else come up with any alternative ideas ???
  3. You can use the Roland FV-500H or L pedal Other posts say you can't use the FV-500L/H pedals but they're wrong and this is such a great pedal. The only problem is that you have to change one of the jacks from mono to stereo as shown below. I used a standard mono (TS to TS) lead but on the expression pedal end I replaced the mono plug for a stereo (TRS) one. The critical thing to remember is to ensure the RING connection is not connected to anything. Helix EXP o/p FV-500L or H Expression Pedal mono (TS) jack stereo (TRS) jack TIP <-----------------------------------------------------> TIP RING (not connected) SLEEVE <----------------------------------------------> SLEEVE
  4. Hi - I finally cracked this last week too! My wiring was very similar but not quite the same. Other posts say you can't use the FV-500L/H pedals but they're wrong and this is such a great pedal. I used a standard mono (TS to TS) lead but on the pedal end I replaced the plug for a stereo (TRS) plug. The critical thing to remember is to ensure the RING connection is not connected. 5. No I just tried first using TS then TRS but neither worked. In both cases volume went from 0 to 100 and back again Surely I'm not the only one to have this problem Any suggestions? Peter
  6. Yes I'm also keen to download the updated patch if you could post it. Thanks
