  1. Do any of the relay systems fit underneath of a pedaltrain 3 pedalboard? I want to get either the g50 or g70 system but definitely don't have space on top of my board. If it could mount underneath somehow, that would be great. I don't want it to make contact with the ground is the only thing.
  2. Folks My band bought two G-50s (Guitar, Bass) when they came on the market - late 2012, maybe? They ran just fine for 18 months or so, and within a week of each other, the transmitters (belt packs) died. We've had our techs look at them, ruled out connector, power and cable issues, opened them up, checked for any stress breaks, cold solder joints, etc., but the bottom line is the transmitters are dead. Replacement cost of the transmitters is prohibitive (2/3 of the entire system!), and out of warranty (of course). Has anyone else had a similar experience? It's a great pity that this innovative product is not more durable, but with two dying like this, after 18 months, I have to believe it is a design issue. Anyway, we're switching to Shure's system, but I really would have liked to stay with Line6. Cheers. Larry
  3. I've been looking around at the line 6 pod HD500x and the DT25. I really like the idea of going totally wireless so I was wondering if you could use a Relay G series unit in the place of a Line 6 link cable. Is this even possible? [this is my first post, so go easy on me] :) Ben
  4. I have a Relay G50. The other day I was playing some clean tone stuff and noticed that if I hit a chord and let it ring, the sound started clear but began to fuzz, crackle, and break up as the sustain from the guitar faded. If I roll back on the guitar volume and pick very lightly, everything I play at low volume is distorted and fuzzy. I use a DT-50, so at first I thought it might be related to the tubes, but when I removed the Relay from the signal and used a cable, there was no issue. Definitely a G50 issue. I had the firmware updated by a service tech who sent it out to Line 6 when the cable connection on the transmitter needed to be repaired, so it is the latest firmware to the best of my knowledge. I've tried switching channels, I've tried Lo and Hi power. Any ideas? Thanks!
