It's probably been brought up before... but what would it take to get this Effect, added to the Spider V.... It seems to be the only effect that the Spider IV has that the Spider V does not? I saw there was a thing on IdeaScale for it, https://line6.ideascale.com/a/dtd/Add-Smart-Harmony-To-Spider-V/857958-23508#idea-tab-comments, ... This needs to be added. There is a Synth Harmony, but that is not the same....

Just upgraded my M13 and wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to use Smart Harmony to replicate the twin guitars on the intro to Mama Mia..... (or the post-solo run into the chorus in Linda Ronstadt's version of 'When will I be Loved')? I have an expression pedal if that would help....! Thanks

It would be awesome if there were an adjustable frequency filter in the Smart Harmony effect that would allow the signal to pass un processed below the filter setting and processed above the setting. Is this possible?

My friend has a Spider IV that he's asked me to program. For one song we're doing (Yes' "Owner Of A Lonely Heart"), the solo requires parallel 5ths. I checked out the Spider IV advanced manual and it only appears to be able to deal "smart" harmonies. That is, you can't just program it to play a harmony a 5th above the sounded note. Is this correct?

Hi all! I have had the 500X for awhile now and I am really enjoying it!! I've been surprised at how well all of the pedals are done and they really emulate some good sounds of outrageously priced pedals. There is one pedal that I have had trouble replicating though and that is the micro pog. I tried the pitch up and a bass octaves paired together but the sound was unclear and it didn't balance out. Then I paired 2 smart harmonies together (using the major scale setting and one with +6 and the other with -6 shift) and it was better but still not full enough. Both also were shifting the pitch really odd and they were giving me some trouble. So, I was thinking about purchasing an actual micro pog and putting it in the pedal 2 input on the board. I was just wondering how that thing worked in the first place and even if I could properly place a micro pog in my chain whilst using the 500X. Thanks for the input guys!!

Is it possible to use an external MIDI device to control the pitch setting in the Smart Harmony effect. I have an expression pedal and currently use that, but I can only toggle between 2 pitch settings. I want to be able to sweep from one pitch setting to another while hitting every note in between. Thanks c
