Hey guys! I own a XD-V75 system and I need to replace the receiver (had an accident with a speaker falling over my rack and it crushed it). A friend of my mine is offering to sell me his old XD-V70 receiver which he claims is pretty much the same thing only without an USB port. Apparently it has already been updated with the latest firmware and channel options, so he says that the receiver now goes up to 14 channels (rf2) which should work fine with my hand held mic THH12. Can anyone confirm this? Will I be compromising any functionalities if I use a XD-V70 receiver with a XD-V75 mic? Thanks for the help! Cheers

I worked my HH TX to death and finally cracked it in HALF, Yes HALF. I called TECH SUPPORT Monday and they said that the V Lines are all compatible. My new HH TX is in, but I'm getting a "NO TRANS" message on the REC's display. I've matched the channels, no avail. Is there a magic pair button or way to make these two talk that I can't find in the manuals or videos? Marc O'Leary

I just purchased the Behringer X-Air mixer, which is basically a stage box with built-in digital mixer that may only be controlled via multiple tablets/phones (iOS or Android) over WiFi. I use eight XD-V70 mics and two or more tablets (one house, one or two for monitors) for my a cappella jazz group, and have found that I am getting drops in both my XD-V70 mics and in my mixer wifi control -- when all eight mics are engaged with high-level signal and when both tablets are actively controlling mixing functions. I do not get drops in the mics when using other mixers, and I do not get drops in the mixer when using wired or traditional RF wireless mics. With all these competing wifi network connections, could there be enough bandwidth use to cause these drops?

I'm considering buying a used Line6 XD-V70 and have been reading the forums and reviews about this wireless microphone. I'm reading about interference with Wifi and computers and some of the fixes involved. There is a reference to RF1 and RF2 schemes and it is all very confusing to me. We are using the Mackie DL 1608 board with ipads and iphones on stage so we can run the main sound, but we will each have our own ipad or iphones to run our individual monitor mixes. We are also using all in ear monitors, some wireless and some wired. I believe the wireless are the Shure PSM200. In order to do this, we will have a wireless router on stage (or nearby) so we can run all our apple products. Will the XD-V70 wireless mic be compatible for this situation? I imagine that I would use it on the low setting which sounds like it should work. But, I don't want to buy something online and used unless I know that it is going to work. Does anybody know the answer to this? I am not a techie sound person. I'm the female lead singer. I just want the best wireless mic that I can get for my money and this Line6 sounds like the best one for my needs. Unless it makes our Mackie/ipad board no longer work! Thanks!
