in Italy many are obsessioned by Kemper it's a like the holy grail and they think Helix is another pod.

When i chat on the guitar forums there no way to break the wall, there is only one: the kemper.

In former times it was the same with Apple (before Steve Jobs died) you couldn't make any critic, it was blafemy.

They can't understand Helix it's another game...but anyway it could be upgraded a lttile more :-)

I guess this has nothing to do with Italy :P

And that childish discussion: 'What-is-better-Helix-Kemper-Axe-FX' loses sight of the fact that these tools were made for different things.

Buy all of them - and (maybe) you're done.

And don't forget the organ patch by Glenn. It's cheap

Germany too—that's fine; we knew it was going to be an uphill battle in certain regions. Not at all concerned; we're playing the long game with this one.

At least Italy and Germany are fans of a great product—the Kemper is really a clever bit of kit, and Christoph's a genius. I'm a huge fan of his Virus synths as well.

bingo! they are full of prejudices but they don't really know how Helix works, If someone post an A/B comparation they say it's a trick! kemper sounds better than Helix can't be very similar.

Yes but he's not God.

And for most people Kemper is even too much it's not the right product.

I don't like Kemper design, it's ugly to me (rack is better) and has too much knobs and push buttons.

The reason why i bought Helix it's because i like the innovative design UI, extremely user friendly, and obviously sounds good, react like a real amp this is important.

I read this review

http://www.tonymckenzie.com/line6-helix-effects-unit-floor-pedal-inside-and-out-review.htm

I've seen what there is inside, (good stuff) so i decided to bought it even it's a little expensive.

Right, DI. That's really fair (enough) and shows a professional attitude.

And Helix is a clever tool, too - but mainly

it comes with:

Colored LEDs ! ! !

That's why I bought it

Very happy with mine as well, other guitarist in out band liked it so much he got one too.

Just used them both at a gig  this past weekend for our first time with a couple Behringer 112Ds as stage monitors... sounded great, went off without a hitch!

Yeah, maybe those psychedelic colored LEDs remind you of a Fisher-Price toy or your first Grateful Dead show but they are unbelievably helpful on a dark stage. Love 'em! Now if I could only figure out how to trigger them to flash and change colors with a footswitch I could leave our light show at home.  :D
