Makes sense to me. I believe the Helix editor window size is fixed in terms of #pixels height and width - you can't grab a corner/edge and resize it. Translated to a 4k screen with a much higher pixel resolution this would mean the window size occupies less real estate on the screen. Don't know that there's much you can do about it except using Windows tools to reduce the pixel granularity of your display, making the Helix display appear larger.

You must have pretty good eyesight to be able to read just about everything on a 4k monitor without some kind of assistance.

In Windows 10 you can right click the desktop -> display settings -> advanced sizing of text and other items. There's a bunch of stuff in there to fiddle around with.

You might also want to try editing the Windows shortcut and try the "Compatibility" tab settings for "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" or "Run in 640x480 screen resolution" (that might be too low to work well).  If those work, it's preferable to me over the global windows resolution settings which affects all programs.
