FlyingsCool
What are you going out from? If XLR or 1/4, you can switch the output levels from line to mic in the global options
jbuhajla
Global Settings>Ins/Outs>click over to screen two>set your 1/4" or XLR outputs appropriately. If using XLR, set it to Mic.
brue58ski
The knob labeled Volume if your Volume is still assigned to what your output is.....And what jbuhajla said.
PeterHamm
The BEST way to handle this is to leave your output knob up full and change the output from the XLRs (which I'm guessing you're using) to MIC instead of LINE. Another great thing is to just go out the 1/4" to a DI that will give your sound guy a signal he is more used to working with, and it will sound the same, even with a humble Imp 2 direct box. brue58ski
By the way, if you go into Global settings, you can assign the Volume knob to only the 1/4" outputs. The level of the XLR's will then be the same as if the Volume knob is all the way up. Then you just need to set the XLR outputs to mic for your sound guy and adjust the volume using a level parameter on the output or, as I do, the level parameter on the amp block. You can also engage and use the global EQ which has an overall level parameter. Lots of ways to accomplish what you need.
