moohman
Hi, I just bought used POD XT with broken usb port. I've tried to authorize connecting via midi ports, but license manager does not detect the device. Can I authorize it through the midi at all?

BillBee
To use midi you need to use a midi/usb cable like the M-Audio Uno.
Mr_Arkadin
To use midi you need to use a midi/usb cable like the M-Audio Uno. This is correct. You must use a decent quality cable - cheap cables often do not transmit SysEx data, which is what you need for the software to see the Pod.
