ChaserHUN
Ok, I don't know why, I tried a lot of things, I want to use the expression pedal to maniplate the delays feedback or time, but I don't know how to do it. It just doesn't do anything at all. Someone please show me :S
smrybacki
Are you using HD Edit, or trying to do this right on your device?
radatats
If you have followed the instructions in the Advanced Guide and it is still not working try recalibarating your expression pedal as per the instructions in the manual... instructions are also in the Knowledge Base... smrybacki
Not near my unit, however...go to the Controllers tab in the Edit program...select the delay from the dropdown list and then in the list next to it, select what you want to control and then in yet another list, choose the expression pedal to assign it to. Then save the patch.

ChaserHUN
Isn't this how should I do it? This just turns the Delay on and off with the footswitch, but doesn't do anything else

silverhead
Smrybacki's method should work for assigning delay feedback. However, if you were trying to assign delay time there is another setting that is relevant. You can assign the delay time using the Tap Tempo switch. For this to work you assign the tempo parameter as a note-based unit. If that is the way the delay FX in your preset is configured, then you control delay time using the tap tempo switch; you cannot further assign the delay time to the pedal. In order to assign the pedal to control the delay time you will have to set the tempo parameter to a number of milliseconds rather than a note. Then you assign the pedal min/max values in terms of ms.
