cpw8
After following the update download directions for Windows 10, downloading the installer with Windows Smartscreen & Security turned off, verifying the installer with L6Checksum, & installing Helix Native 3.70. I opened the Plugin in Ableton Live Suite 11 version 11.3.13, and when I tried to Sign into Native the page would go blank only having the option to sign out without allowing me to authenticate my PC & start my Free Trial. I was hoping to test out Native's features to get a feel for how the every thing works prior to buying myself a Helix LT. I have a screenshot of what Native looks like after I attempt to Sign in. silverhead
Is it possible that your DAW is not passing the keystrokes to the Helix Native plug-in? That happened to me once when I was unable to sign in using Cakewalk. I had to change a DAW setting to pass the keystrokes through, and voila…. kringle
I'm having the same problem after updating Native to 3.7. I tried uninstall and reinstall with no luck. Using Ableton Live 11 suite
kringle
Here's a picture of mine, I have Win 11 Pro 2H23 installed. everything is latest patches and drivers. worked fine on prior native version, only hit this snag with the update to 3.7 today, it successfully logs in, but never goes beyond this backround. kringle
The fix for this is that the upgrade doesn't transfer or release your old license. it also doesn't inform you that license validation failed. the fix is to deauthorize your previous version and then it will work. I had to go through Support to figure this out, where they reset my license. 1

Support just deauthorized my previous computers and I was then able to authorize my new computer with the latest firmware just by logging in. That seems to have fixed it for the others. Hope this helps/makes sense.
glassthose
This is remedied by the upgrade not releasing or transferring your previous license. Additionally, there is no notification that license validation failed. The solution is to deauthorize the prior version for it to function again. Support was required to assist me in resolving this matter; they reset my license. gorilla tag
GeorgeWabisca1
Hi all! This is a result of too many authorizations on your Line 6 account. Login to your Line 6 account and go to Authorized Devices and Deauthorize computers you no longer use. Sometimes a system will be updated and after signing into Native/HX Edit will register as a new device. For example: You originally had Ventura OS and you authorized Native. Later, Sonoma comes out and you upgrade, or perhaps you swapped out your hard drive... There are many reasons for this happening. Perhaps you got a new computer. Perhaps you signed into Native with your work computer... If you were to look at your account's "Authorized Devices" you should Deauthorize any computers that you no longer use. Navigate to Authorized Devices @line6.com (it is under your sign-in avatar) and locate the Deauthorize button next to the Authorized date to remove any unwanted devices. Hope this helps...
