Wondo100 Posted 10 hours ago Share Posted 10 hours ago I am thinking of integrating Tonex Pedal with Alex Lifeson Legacy amp models. I want to try and build authentic tones from Lifeson. My thought is to put the Tonex in the FX loop of the Stadium. But I am also wondering if this is a waste of time and money and should spend more time building the tones with Agoura amp models instead? Any thoughts? adflaker Posted 6 hours ago Share Posted 6 hours ago Ultimately, if you think you can get a sound that inspires you to play more with a Tonex pedal, go for it. The only right answer is the one that you think sounds best. I used a Tonex One with my HX Stomp before upgrading to the Stadium XL. Once I did (and Proxy came along), I didn't feel the need any more mostly because the XL was big enough, sounded/felt fine enough, and I didn't want to carry anything else around lol. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Maybe the Tonex would be good, but I am curious if I could somehow get close to Lifeson tone through the Agoura models or Hope Proxy eventually provided tones of similar amps that I can incorporate into the whole Helix Stadium ecosystem.
