  1. Line 6 is no longer manufacturing audio interface devices like the UX1. There are many choices from various other manufacturers. Popular ones around here are made by Focusrite and Universal Audio. Each provides a range of products, including the 2input 2 output variety that you want as a minimum.

  2. I developed the same type of problem (no auto-connect) after having the unit for a week with no connect problem. I reinstalled "Helix Stadium" and that did nothing for me. I ended up rebooting my computer and that seemed to work . . . (cross fingers). Additional Info: After working correctly for a few days, I had to reboot once more to get Stadium Edit to find unit over WIFI. It seems to be random - don't know if it is my computer or the Stadium at this point. I have another computer that I can use, but it is loaned out at the moment. Once i get it back I will recheck with that computer Syphus

  3. I spent a lot of time going through the settings the Tone War guy suggested for all the metal amps and got those where they sounded great. I came across this by accident looking for different blocks to try...At the very end of your final chain get a stereo model of the Bass DI (located in the Dist section) put the Bass and Treb at 4-5 and the level to suit, this will give your preset a full rich low end def and sparkle presence no EQ or Comp can do. Try it you will be adding it to your presets asap. I have no idea what it was intended for but man it fixes the punch and feel of the real amp that is missing.

  4. My issue was auto connecting with Stadium. I had to input the device IP each time. The fix was to uninstall/reinstall, and now it is auto-connecting.

  5. And yet, I have over 300gb of music-related programs, plug-ins and drivers on both of my computers and none (including the Line6 ones) have ever failed in over 10 years of full-time daily use in either my studio or live system. I wonder what the difference could be? Oh yeah..you install and maintain the software on your computer, and I do the same on mine!!!

  6. Line6 writes garbage software. I have a tonne of music-related drivers on my computer - only the Line6 ones fail.
