I’ve never done it but I expect you can use your online PC to download both the HX Edit program and the Helix LT firmware. You can then transfer those files to your offline PC via usb drive or whatever. Run the HX Edit installer package on the offline PC and install all components. Then update the LT firmware using the ‘Update from File’ option .1 point
