Otra manera seria usar un delay externo en el fx loop del POD HDx...lo que haces es usar el modulo de fx loop en los 2 patches que vayas a usar,y en el 2do patch pones el send en 0 de esa manera al cambiar de patch la señal de la guitarra no pasa por el fx loop pero las colas del delay siguen sonando al dejar el return del fx loop abierto....el fx loop del pod hd 500 fue diseñado para ese uso especifico...

in other words....the pod HDs (and every line6 product for this matter) are complete trash in the MIDI department !!! (the only way to use the midi function its like a very basic,outdated and simple midi controller) I had to sell my beloved HD500 because he could not do send midi PC messages mapping to a nova drive pedal !!!! (nova drive only 18 presets so the midi mapping was mandatory in order to integrate the nova drive)

The thing is that I have a tc electronic nova drive that I wanted to control with my pod hd 500 ... the issue is that the nova drive only has 18 presets of which I only use 2 banks of 4 sound (clean boost, crunch overdrive, distortion and distortion + overdive) my question is: can the pod hd 500 do some kind of mapping so that no matter the bank or preset that has the hd500 if I wanted to assign any of my 4 presets in the nova drive to any patch or bank hd 500? e.g Bank 16 preset 4 in the pod hd but in the nova drive the pod send a message to recall bank 1 preset 1 in the nova drive? Thanks in advance...

With all respect i dont think spillover function its something complicated at all....digitech and boss gt series (except gt 100 ) have been doing this 15 years ago

effects in the new pod hd remain the same, outdated M series?

This new version of HD can do spillover in patch changes? that was the basic reason why I sold the hd 500 even liking the sound of the device but for me without this function, theres no use for this new device in the music i do (ambience stuff)
