i put studio eq on chain, dont change any parameters, then I set the expression pedal to control its gain, min in 50%(that dont add any volume) and max in 70%, it works very weel for me

thanks , yes, the wha comes first in chain, I dont know if it is true by pass ,but the problem is not my unit, cause I had another unity, pod hd 500 and had the same problem and not just with the wha, any pedal that put on fx loop cause noise , i tried before my ocd and my suhr riot, and I have the same problem.And I dont use noise gate ona cleans patchs
