OK. So all my saved custom presets in users 1-5 will not be lost after factory reset? Thank you for responding!

How to properly update to 3.7 without losing all my custom presets in my non factory user 1-5 ? Im confused by the instructions regarding this. Please help!!!

I sat here for an hour looking for someone to respond and saw nothing. As I look now at the times and dates it was only 15 minutes and you guys responded. Somehow, I wasn't getting. Weird... Anyway, very much appreciate your help!

Thx guys!!! Yes I had a backup but it was old... Lesson learned and all points taken will continue to backup on a regular basis! I was able to rebuild the most important ones and reload the rest with some tweaks. I know I sound like a moron and probably am. At least now I know thx!!!

Help! I just accidentally dowloaded and have overwritten my entire user 1 presets with another on and all is lost!

Anyone mastered the art of DT 25/Helix/L6 Link? Im not a pro at all and just trying to decide whether to use Helix 3.6 via channel A or B? For instance, when I use A with worship tones it's awesome! But with Metal B sounds better at least to me in room. But i thought the new cabs etc.. in 3.5/3.6 were a whole new ballgame? So I'm trying to simply figure out din I use Helix Ch A or DT Pre Ch B? Sorry if confusing as I'm not that versed even though I had POD HD500X before i just used it without having tom really think. Thank you for any help and or advice as i sure could use it! Stephen

oh man i just saw this! First off, thank you so much for coming back and keeping me in the loop! I use MAC and the DT edit software isn't available only on PC. I ordered MIDI cables but there aren't supposed to arrive until this weekend. So are you saying that i don't need MIDI just my L6 Link? Thank you again for your continued help!!!!!

With the new Helix update i figure i want to use its new cabs and just use DT 25 for tube sound and voicing configuration ? Am I correct in that?

Thank you so very much for your time and attention to help me! It will all be new to me but that's ok learning ia always good. I was just concerned that i had spent so much money finally getting Helix and that it was wasted with my DT25. Very grateful agin for your time! Stephen

Thank you for responding. Sorry i sound stupid. Just got Helix and was hoping it would configure tubes and channels like POD did. SO would i have to build a preset and configure everything manually and then save settings in preset and it would automatically configure and choose proper channel? Been trying to read everything but its a bit confusing for me. Thanks again! Stephen

What is the fix for this? Im having this problem right now. I have no way to update firmware due to no longer supported and i just bought this in 2019 and here i am in 2021 and nom idea what to do? Any help would be awesome!!!!!
