Hello, I purchased the Line6 POD UX2 via http://www.thomann.de on 3/30/18. It was described with "including Line6 Software POD Farm with "FX Junkie" model pack, 18 Amps, 64 effects, [...]". So i registered my UX2, downloaded PodFarm 2.5, which came with a CD and Line6 Monkey. But when I start PodFarm it says "no PodFarm 2 License found". So i only got a Trial Version of the Software, which only includes 3 Amps, 2 Preamps, ... how can i get the full Version, which was described on the Website i bought the UX2? I don't want to buy it seperately, when it should be included with the UX2 device. I also tried to uninstall PodFarm and download the latest Version via your Website. Thanks for your help.

Hi all, I was wondering if it is possible to control external gear via MIDI with Helix in snapshot mode? I would like to select a snapshot and in that snapshot select the correct program on a Whammy pedal and activate it. I've tried it but I got no success. I remind have read somewhere in the manual that controlling MIDI devices is only abailable in stombox mode? this seems unlogical to me as at least in preset mode should be able to do it, but not sure about snapshot mode... Thanks!

Hello, everyone! I'm about to purchase the Amplifi 75 as a home training/jamming amp. I'm so used to using pedals to control everything that I also considered purchasing a pedal along with it. There I'm kind of lost. Is the FX100 compatible? Can I plug it to the amp and control stuff from it or is it standalone? I've seen videos about the shortboard mkII, and none about the A75 and fx100 combo, leading me to doubt the interoperability. Thank you for your help!

I am more than ever "in love" with my POD HD. Tweaking and tones gets better from day to day. That's why I have given him some supplements and toys, to satisfy him and myself. First of all I like to present my vintage-tennisbag which costs me less than 10 USD. The advantage of this is, that so (as opposed to a discernible effect-pedal-bag) probably nobody would break up my car. Since when pressing the footswitch repeatedly ends up in dirt and a lot of dust on the black surface, I bought for less than 4 USD a table-brush set, which I always carry in my vintage-tennisbag with the POD. To ensure that no cables get caught in the pedal and limit the range of motion, I have attached a self-adhesive Velcro tape to the side of the unit. To prevent accidental sticking of the hated EU-adapter of the power supply, I have around once wrapped the adapter with Velcro tape. And finally, just to be on the safe side, I have bought this power-supply for emergency (for around 12 USD as postet here…) Maybe I can inspire some users with my given suggestions? It would be a pleasure for me! * If there are any problems with my uploaded images you can check them in my german forum-thread here…

Hello, I've had some questions about the Helix ever since it came out, and I'd like some insight before I make such a large purchase. What kind of amp or speakers are most compatible with the Helix? Would it work with a PA System, or would some FRFR speakers such as the StageSources work better? Also, does it have a built in amp/preamp, or does it just simulate the amps in a pedal format? Lastly, would the Helix make plugging into a house sound through direct box sound as good as if I was plugged into an amp and mic'd?
