To make sure your HX One is on the latest version of firmware with Line 6 Central. You'll need to download Line 6 Central on our software page: https://line6.com/software/ Click on "Choose Software" and select "Line 6 Central" from the drop-down menu. Your computers OS should already be selected (mac OS or Windows). Then click "GO" on the right of the menus. You'll see the latest version of Line 6 Central appear on your screen. There will be a blue "Get Download" button in the same box. You can backup your settings with the HX One Librarian if needed. This is a separate download on the downloads page. We recommend using a standard USB-C to USB-C cable directly to your computer. Try to avoid hubs or secondary connections. With any laptop, make sure you're connected to power to prevent your laptop from going to sleep during the update. You can also try USB-C to USB-A. Making sure your USB cable is less than 10 feet (3 meters) long. If you run into any trouble with the update, please check out the instructions on this page: Once the update is complete 100%, you'll need to do the factory reset: Hold down the Effect Knob and Home button while inserting the power connector and powering on. We strongly encourage everyone to do a factory reset after the update process to correct any firmware issues.

If this is the wrong place for this, please let me know where I should be looking. A search came up empty. I just started playing around with my HX One and using Librarian I notices that some effects are not listed within it (for example Bronze Master). How do I get this to appear so I can place it next to other frequently used effects? Thanks in advance.
