tedwards15
I've searched Google and other places and can't seem to find the place to initially download the software needed to program my Pocket Pod. All places I've looked either don't look like the software or look like possible virus sights. Where should I go to download it?
Triryche
http://line6.com/software/readeula.html?rid=2732 You can also navigate to this link under Support>>Software Downloads and select Pocket POD from the drop down.

peteandrebop123
I've tried everything. i have followed everything. I have purchased several Line 6 products and EVERTHING from amps to thier software is inherntely archaic. I must me nuts. Their products SUCK. NO MORE. None of thier software works for anything they sell. In some cases you can finally pull up the computer interfaces, but NONE of it works; from their 15, 30 watt amps, to the pedals or their pods. It's ALL trash and like an idiot, I keep buying it. So far I have sent back hundreds of dollars worth of equipment because even thier support staff does not know what to do to help......WITH ANYTHINIG. ENOUGH. Sorry to rant. Good luck. I'm going back to Fender products. They work and what's even better? They are not all made of Chinese Plastic!

willdmiller
Well...this is my first post, too. I've been searching for a way to get Pocket Pod Vyzex to open and not immediately freeze. All I can get is a spinning beach ball.
solomen
2/2019... Unable to install Vyxex PocketPod Software on Widows 10 As for my issue has anyone else had problems installing Vyzex on a Windows 10 machine and if so did you have to do anything special to make it work? I purchased my PocketPod about 8moths ago and love the product itself BUT… I am truly frustrated with the Vyzex Pocket Pod Software and support. Feb 2019 I contacted support looking for help installing this software on a windows 10 machine. This software does install on a Widows 7 machine and works but I do not plan on keeping a Win 7 machine in service just to use this program. Support so far as been substandard for such a good name in the music world. I have attempted this install on 2 different win 10 machines without any success. The only suggestions that I have gotten from support was to try to install from a file that support attached to their email. This was the exact one that I have from their download site and nothing changed. After I offered a possible problem that might cause an issue but their response was a totally unrelated comment that had no relevance. Apparently they don’t know what they are talking about or cant understand a well written sentance. I am truly disappointed in the lack of help and or options to try. I am a Computer Tech and so a stupid response to me sounds quite condescending. Thanks for listening… I needed to vent. System: Gigabyte GA-z170mx Gaming 5 Motherboard, i7 7700k CPU, 32Gb DDR4 G-skill, EVGA 1070 OC Video with 8Gb GDDR5, and Samsung EVO 850 250Gb SSD, Windows 10 Home 64bit. yoracogonzales
Pocket POD Editor - https://pocket-pod.web.app I just created this free available online editor for the Pocket POD. This solution may be very basic but works well and is in continous development. It works also on a mobile device if you have the right USB cable. It is also targeting offline support. Here it is: https://pocket-pod.web.app And here is an image: https://imgur.com/0l95h99 Have fun

Great work Only problem is: I try to load this on my iphone browser (chrome or safari) and get error "Midi support not enabled in this browser". Would be awesome if there was a way to use your app i=on my iphone as I'm not carrying a laptop, pocket pod and guitar (sorta defeats the purpose of the small pocket pod).. any suggestions - assuming would require a lightning to mini -usb cable...THanks for any help

It's really easy to use and I liked the layout options you provided in the Menu - I went for the columns layout with vertical sliders which really displays everything so clearly. (It took me a while to realise the pencil icon for editing the tone name was the save button, it made sense in the end because it shoed the save icon and worked without having to change the name of the setting.) Any chance you can add a "Save file" option to save full banks and individual tones like the Vyzex Editor? For those on Windows 10, I managed to get the Vyzex editor working eventually by installing Line6 Gearbox on my laptop as well. I'm not sure why it helped but I'm guessing that it installed some necessary DLL's as a driver for the Vyzex software??
Line6TJA
Installation Notes of VyzexPocketPOD using VyzexPocketPOD1.17Setup.exe on WINDOWS 10. using Triryche URL < http://line6.com/software/readeula.html?rid=2732 > which at the time of my entry remains available. Good practice to always scan installs before actually unzipping / installing. This will return 3 x false positives using Microsoft Defender. ACTION - Proceed. UNZIP file VyzexPocketPOD1.17Setup.exe.zip Run VyzexPocketPOD1.17Setup.exe to install VyzexPocketPOD On completion - Press your WINDOWS KEY and Vyzex Pocket Pod should be listed at the top under recently added. Right mouse click on VyzexPocketPOD select MORE, Left mouse click open file location. An explorer windows will open and the RUN file shortcut <Vyzex Pocket POD> will be highlighted. Right mouse click on highlighted shortcut Vyzex Pocket POD, from drop down menu Left mouse click on PROPERTIES Left mouse click Compatiblity TAB Under compatibility mode Left mouse click on the tick box to insert a tick for Run this program in compatilibity mode for <see attached 1 > From the drop down menu select Windows 7 Click OK Run the Vyzex Pocket POD program from your windows 10 OS. <see attached 2>
iglesiapr
I bought the Pocket Pod thinking that it had a software I can use to set it to my preferences. Unfortunately the program that Line 6 is providing curently to support the Pocket Pod is not compatible to current versions of Mac Os. Can this be done as well for Mac Os users which can't use currently Vyzex because is a 32 bit program? Thank You!
liet_
There's one more options for Pocket POD users: https://arteme.github.io/pod-ui/ The app works in modern OSes including Linux, Windows 10+ and macOS. Cheers, liet_
