antoniovalva
Hi, I just got a pod hd desktop and I'm wondering if it is possible to connect a second guitar in the mic input to jam with another player or if it is not designed for 2 guitars at the same time. pianoguyy
That's some funny lollipop. But, I think someone answered him and then deleted their post.
antoniovalva
Tryed what the deleted post said using the mic input but the sound is muffled. I have an other question now: is the guitar input stereo? If not I don't understand the setting input 1 = gtr, input 2 = gtr.
DarrellM5
The Pilots Guide states:  Aux In - This mono, unbalanced 1/4" input can be used for a second guitar or just about any other instrument.  Visit the System & I/O edit pages for AUX IN routing options. Triryche
The guitar in is mono. Â When you tried the mic in, did you try adjusting the trim?
antoniovalva
Yes but the sound was like when you roll the tone knob off. I had to set input 2 = mic to hear sound. With input 2 = guitar no sound. So why is the setting present?
silverhead
Input 1 and Input 2 have nothing to do with stereo. They are used primarily for dual-path presets so that you can have two input signals processed differently using the different signal paths. The input signals can be from the same source (Input1=Guitar, Input2=Guitar) or different sources (Input1=Guitar, Input2=Mic).
antoniovalva
Understood. Thank you. Also boosting the mic input with the trim pot helped improving a bit the sound.
