markallica
I have restarted many times to update this and keep getting an error message. Not sure what the problem is. The firmware has updated, but the flash will not. Any answers?

markallica
I read several. Some people solved but most did not. I bought this almost 4 yrs ago and now I started to use it and it doesn't work. What the hell?
BillBee
1) Make sure the device is connected 2) Download the flash file to your 'puter 3) In Monkey chose "flash from file" Try a different usb port/cable and try again. Hope that works.
markallica
Finally got it to work. I used a different usb port on the back of the computer. Now most of the effects are gone except for a few.

Well if the FX don't function, its not working...
markallica
How do you go about getting the effects back? I don't want to go through the flash thing again. It's a major headache.
BillBee
When you say "The FX are gone" what exactly do you mean? A normally functioning HD will not have this issue. Fire up HD Edit and see if it is a matter of patch setup (panning for exp.).
pianoguyy
Your FX are gone, or your patches are gone? Do you no longer have access to wah and flanger and delay. Or did your patch that used wah, flanger, and delay disappear.
cruisinon2
At the very least, the factory patches should be there, and amongst them all, just about every available effect is used. If you didn't tell it to keep your patches during the re-flash, then anything you created would have been deleted. If you have various FX turned on and you can't hear them, that's another issue altogether, and it will likely require service.
markallica
I got the effects back. A guy on another discussion posted the files. Thanks
silverhead
Still don't know what you mean by "got the effects back", but it doesn't seem to matter anymore.

pianoguyy
It seems like he means patches. Simply based on the fact that one of those "who has the bundle" posts was recently commented on. But you know what happens when you assume. We should quit trying to help people who refuse to help themselves.
