am i the only one who´s losing controller data when copiing presets or blocks....?

it changes f.e. from controller:snapshot to controller midi cc#4 ...or it simply lost controller info...

i´ve also lost the custom names of snapshots...my suspect is, it´s due to copiing block that contain controller data...

I don't quite get what you're saying. Are you saying you are losing snapshot data when copying/pasting effect blocks? If that is the case, snapshot data does not follow blocks. Snapshot data lives in the preset.

Regarding the snapshots, I have noticed that and it seems to be with older patches that I created on older firmware versions. Is that true of the patches you lose the info on. Were they created with an earlier firmware version number?

Is this happening when you do a copy on the unit itself, or are you doing this through HX Edit on the computer.

If this is happening on the unit, does it happen if you just save the patch to a new location rather than using copy.

May be unrelated or only part of the problem but if your Global Settings > Preferences > Snapshot Edits = "Discard", then you will want to save each edited snapshot before switching to the next snapshot you want to edit. Otherwise when you return to the snapshot, if you haven't done a save, your edited changes will be lost. If you prefer to only save once per preset then select the "Recall" option.

Editing Behavior

"Discard" = Edited snapshots must be saved individually before switching to another snapshot

"Recall" = All edited snapshots saved simultaneously with only one save before switching preset
