Yeah, but that was mostly because of the store I bought it from.  Plus I don't think being in Canada helped. 
  
Basically they said they shipped it to line6  so I waited 6-8 weeks before calling the store.  Then they said line6 was going to ship me an new one.  ...then a few weeks later still nothing.  I call again etc..  this went back and forth for a few weeks.  Then I call again and they say one of their guy's was working on it and it was fixed.  It was supposed to be there that week.... got no call.  then 2-3 weeks later I call again, and they said it was in, and sitting in their warehouse.  :/ 
  
I don't think I'll be buying from them anymore.  I'd rather go across the boarder to Seattle, and pay the duty than go through that hassle again.
