  1. I'm having the same issue. Everyone over on the DT forums says the AC30 is supposed to be the default for topology III, but the volume is well below half of any of the other amp models. Full or pre-amp. It doesn't seem to matter. If you're using a DT amp you should be using the pre-amps only. I would think it would be a fairly easy fix for line6 to do on the next firmware update. I'm not really sure though. No one seems to have addressed this question so maybe it's more for them than just bumping up the volume max. I really wish they could just upload the DT patches since they're supposed to be the same as the PODHD"s, but supposedly optimized for the DT's. I'm guessing there's more to it than that since they're so tight lipped about it.
  2. Yeah, but that was mostly because of the store I bought it from. Plus I don't think being in Canada helped. Basically they said they shipped it to line6 so I waited 6-8 weeks before calling the store. Then they said line6 was going to ship me an new one. ...then a few weeks later still nothing. I call again etc.. this went back and forth for a few weeks. Then I call again and they say one of their guy's was working on it and it was fixed. It was supposed to be there that week.... got no call. then 2-3 weeks later I call again, and they said it was in, and sitting in their warehouse. :/ I don't think I'll be buying from them anymore. I'd rather go across the boarder to Seattle, and pay the duty than go through that hassle again.
  3. Sooo, I came really close with getting the models mentioned above to match the original DT 2 models, although I use Brit 75 instead of of the Nrm. On the AC 30 however, the volume is really low coming from the pod compared to the other models. Is everyone having that issue? Or should I try re-updating the firmware? (it's almost half the volume of the other amp models) Perhaps I should ask this in the PODHD forums.
  4. I actually bricked my DT-25 head 3 weeks after I bought it while trying to update the firmware. I had to take it back to the shop, aaaannnnd 4 months later......I finally got it back. They said they had to replace a chip in it. Sorry, I forgot the details. It works fine now, but that was a ridiculously long time to have to wait to get it back.
