    Hey Guys! I had several requests to break down the Bass Tone used in my recent Line 6 Helix Tone video, "Rectifire Rock." So here it is. I used the Line 6 SV Beast Brt amp model which is modeled after an Ampeg SVT Bright Channel. I used Ownhammer Impulses, specifically OH 410 AMPG SVT-10 PORT which is obviously an Ampeg SVT 4 x 10. Through a little FabFilter Pro Q and a bit of Waves L1 and we have a bass tone.

    Hey Guys, Here is the walkthrough and mix explanation of the Standard E / Drop D Metal Tone using the Line 6 Helix with Ownhammer Impulses I experimented a bit with this tone using two signal paths to blend together. Each path uses the PV Panama model. Per usual, I used Ownhammer Impulses. It is a blend of OH 412 ENG V30 421-FRED

    Hey guys. I've had some requests for a heavy tone that can be used for a Standard or Drop D tuned guitar. I came up with this. Hope you guys like it. I experimented a bit with this tone using two signal paths to blend together. Each path uses the PV Panama model. Per usual, I used Ownhammer Impulses. It is a blend of OH 412 ENG V30 421-FRED and OH 212 ZLSF V30 OH1-05 More details to come in the tone explanation video later this week. Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and Xmas.

The IR pack I used is from none other than Ownhammer and can be found here https://bit.ly/2H8Il4k I demonstrate the tone within Line 6 Helix Native but I created it on the Line 6 Helix Rack. All you have to do is drag and drop your tone and IR files into Helix Native to get this to work.     Sorry for the delay as I have been swamped. Today we have a Nirvana tone and playthrough for Come as You Are. This was a lot of fun to record and while the tones aren't a spot on recreation, I feel it fits the song. Of course, all guitar and bass were recorded using the Line 6 Helix using Ownhammer impulses.
