I'm curious what people are setting HPF and LPF to, and where in the chain each is done. I'm going to experiment with them a bit this evening, and am looking for a range that is generally used. I assume it ultimately comes down to Monitor/Amp type, room, user ears and other factors, but it would be great to have some ideas for starting points. I'm playing single coil and humbucker guitars through 15" JBL EON PA speakers.

Have you revisited this, now that you can use snapshots?

Computer sounds are coming out through the Helix, so something's happening. I just can't see Helix ASIO or anything like that in my interface options dropdown. Edit: Nevermind, I figured it out! I had to select ASIO, and then there's another dropdown to select the Helix. Thanks again guys.

Thanks! Yeah I tried both, is there something else I need to do after installing to get it to show up in Reaper?

Trying to record to Reaper with the Helix but it's not showing up as an interface in Reaper. The Helix manual syays I need to download the ASIO driver, but I can't find it. ??? Thanks for any advice.

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I found this while looking for tweaks to make my new Helix sound good. Where can I find Jim's blog? I like the way he explains things.
