Same here!

Yup, take a look. Amps and pedals listed in the sticky thread.

AWESOME! Boss SD-1 is a nice surprise! I'm probably more excited about that than most people :D. Just always wanted to try one. Regarding the expression auto-enable, does it engage with any movement and then disengage after a set time when there's no movement? Or is the auto-enable the same feature as the Positional engage?

Are you running the Muff and Rat in parallel? Cool idea.

A 3' drop caused your window break sensors to go off? WTF? How did the drop happen?

Has this changed? Can you bypass blocks via MIDI?
-
This sounds cool, but I have no idea what it is. Can you point me to a youtube video or clip?

I missed this one, I like the 3rd option best since you don't have to add a block, but the other 2 options could be better depending on the desired result (as mentioned).

Similar to the EH Freeze pedal? Don't think so, but that would be cool. I wonder if a delay could be modified to do this...

How about adding a Gain block either before or after your volume (pedal) block. Set the level to zero and assign that block to a switch. Volume pedal block should stay on (no need to assign a switch to it, unless you want to). New Gain block switch will act as your killswitch when it is engaged.

So you want to control volume with the exp pedal, but then also have a switch to mute? Is that right?

Clips?

Besides Glenn's, anybody have clips? Post some clips!!

True, but you can bypass all of that. So it's an FRFR with optional add-ons and can also be a backup. Get it?

And bluetooth and amps and effects :) This is one of the things that makes it a stand out. It's an FRFR but not JUST an FRFR. I also like the looks of it, and its cheaper than all the other typical options (Matrix, Friedman, etc)

This makes me want a Firehawk 1500 again. Wish I could try one out for a few days first.

^That. Or just go: Guitar->Helix input Helix Output->Amp Effects Return This way you only use your amps power section.
-
Are you plugging guitar into the Helix or the amp input? Follow up question, what input do you have selected on the Helix?
-
I'll try some other headphones. I did have the HP knob cranked. Also will try through other outputs.
-
Decent headphones straight from the Helix, without DAW. I don't know from memory what the chain was.
-
I was playing last night through headphones and I'm pretty sure something was clipping. Unless the distortion or amp models I used just sounded like it, but it definitely didn't sound "good". Where might I be clipping and how to figure out exactly where and how to fix it?
-
FWIW I use my tuner to mute. Didn't know the G10 wireless unit automatically mutes when you pull it, really thinking about getting a set!

Lots of over-sensitivity in this forum lately, I don't think he meant to insult with his first response, and I don't think the OP took it that way. Need to lighten up a bit.
