hi, question: my stomp doesn't react to expression pedals...i have an expression pedal with 10k pot is that correct...? can anybody maybe tell me, how the jack should be soldered to this 10k pot...? what else could be the problem...? thanks a lot!

thank you...no...actually all is working great if i use my alesis io26 firewire instead of the hx stomp with the same cables...so...it's not the cables...

win10 hi, i connected my boss es-8' midi in and outs with the hx stomps midi in and outs, but when i try to connect those in and outputs with the boss es-8 editor (options menu...), i get a midi connection error message...of course my stomp is also connceted to my win10 pc via usb... anybody solved such a problem...? thanks

hi, i want to put my hx stomp right into my boards left upper corner (see picture)....now my question: i want to stick to the original DC3 power supply, but replace the power plug to an angled one, so i'm having no problems, putting the board into the pedaltrain softcase.....can anyone tell me, which one exactly to buy...? thanks a lot!

can anybody tell me, where i can find this clip indicator....? i send very loud signal for testing this, but still can't see any clip indicator...i can see the green "signal present"-sign in the output block, but where exactly should the red clip indicator be flashing...? any video around...? thanks

i can hardly believe this is still not fixed!!! how can they say this unit is perfect for 4CM when the units fx loop doesn't have seperate send and return level????!!! when you send your pre-preamp signal from your hx send into the amps front input, you'll need instrument level, and when you then send your amps fx send with line level fx loop (what definitely sounds better) back into the hx return, this will need line level of course!!!! all it needs is to be able to set the hx send and return seperately...!!! this has actually been promised to get fixed...still isn't...;-( very disappointing and incredible actually...they even write this stupid sentence into the manual..."If your amp's effects loop happens to run at line level, you should set the inputs and outputs of HX Stomp to line level as well...."

hi, question: when changing presets, does the hx read the current expression pedal setting....? or can i store a value it should go to after recalling and then only jump to the expression pedal value after moving it...? thanks p.s.: i not sure yet, but sometimes i think hx doesn´t react to the expression peal movement...then i move it again and it works...i can´t really calibrate it, right? does this "expression pedal 2 active" always show up, when the pedal is moved...?

that´s a nice idea, but it doesn´t work that way...the level adjustments are totally digital and after the analog input...that means, if it distorts, you´d only make the already distorted signal lower...;-(

hi, my amps fx loop has got line level...when i set the hx send/return level to instrument level, what i have to do to be able to run it into the amps front input, the send from my amp will send line level into the hx return...isn´t it...???? why can´t we have extra send level and return level here...? i can´t see any chance to set the levels right for 4CM here...any hints...?? thanks!

...shouldn´t this be possible now...? when i try, i get an error 8701 - preset translation not supported, dsp bock constraint exceeded...? propably due to too many blocks in the preset...is there any way, i could open it in hx edit without any unit connected, and reduce number of blocks...? thanks

question: can i run the hx stomp in 4CM and have only the post fx path (after the preamp) for delay, reverb, etc, in killdry mode...? or would the killdry mode be global and then also affect the whole unit...? or can killdry be done for each fx block extra...? thanks

thanks...the reason is, that this way i don´t need an fx-loop block...;-) meanwhile i´ve got it working...just a little problem left...no idea, why this happens...when i turn the PAN on the main out L/R all the way to the left, signal is coming only out of the left main output, as it should do, but when i turn that PAN parameter to 100% right, there´s a little signal left on the left side as well....not much...just little...why could that be....?

nobody here who can help me...? ;-)

my wiring: el. guit - hx in L - Y-split - balance B left100/balance A right100 - path B: pre fx - send1/2 Pan left100 (send1) - ext. amp in - amp send - hx in R: path A post fx - main L/R Pan left100 (main L out) - amp return that works great for my electr. preset...now switching to my acoustic (same cable) i´d like that: acc.guit - hx in L - splitA/B route to B100 - path B - send1/2 Pan right100 (send2) - ext. acc. preamp - hx return2 (hardware) - in pathA: return2 block - fx - main L/R out Pan right100 (main R out) - PA acc. channel now that second preset is not working...why? is there a chance to get it done that way...? i´ll attach both presets...thanks a lot! acoustic new.hlx clean.hlx

ok...just ignore me...;-)...but it´s definitely not the LT...it´s the stomp, just in hx fx housing...
