We've had some reports of Spider Remote 2.0 failing to launch or crashing on Windows 10 systems. This does not affect all Windows 10 systems. If you encounter this issue, we suggest that you ensure that the latest version of the .net framework from Microsoft is installed on your computer. If it is and you still are having trouble, try reinstalling/repairing your Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable.
